With respect to the 4-year hell @nhsfife have put me through (despite the SPSO finding them to have acted wrongfully in 2019), I have discharged my solicitor and intend to do it myself from this point on.
I'd like to thank every single person who has been with me throughout this and has followed the development of this situation. 2 year investigation followed by 2 years of them not complying. I have exhausted the entirety of the complaints process and it has consistently failed.
It would be bad enough if it were just me, but the lack of accountability in the national complaint policy resulted in the same individuals being emboldened to put my mother through hell. 5 months just to get a second opinion from them which revealed they had...
...accidentally misdiagnosed her with cancer. Same names, same people. And after having embarrassed them by being right (namely that they didn't have the empirical data to be making the assertions about my mother that they were) with the assistance of whistleblowers...
...from their own board who were so disgusted, they advised me to keep pushing; it has become clear to me that the subsisting issue, which the SPSO ruled against them, is being used as a means to try and get back at me.
I have a good faith basis to believe my mother was discriminated against because of my subsisting complaint and that discrimination could have resulted in her death. I also have a good faith belief (and evidence) that this situation with me is certain senior management....
....seeing an opportunity to stick it to me by depriving me of healthcare I need to improve my quality of life, mitigate some of my medical issues and eradicate others. On that basis, I consider their actions to be nothing more than abuse of a dominant position....
...getting back at me by jeopardising my health - on that basis, now it has become a case of self-defence and I will defend myself with extreme prejudice using every legal means at my disposal.
They've had four years to fix this. The willfully chose not to. And so I will defend myself, whatever the cost.
Everything from this point on is down to them, the door remains open for them to settle. But for my part, everything from this point on is wholly justified. My hands are clean. I put my life on hold for 4 years hoping they'd do the right thing. They haven't
I also want @JeaneF1MSP to know I condemn her failure (covid is not an excuse because this has been going on for years) to act. She could fix this tomorrow if she wanted to. As could her predecessor.

So we have SNP leadership expecting the UK Government to challenge to their bill via the courts. We have the greens confirming they also expect a challenge in the courts. And you have the Tories saying THEY WILL take legal action.
This means the constitutionality of the bill is in question.

Now we have Boris saying he WILL NOT grant a section 30 even if the SNP get a majority. Which means -you guessed it! The only way forward is for Scotparl to legislate for indyref 2 without a section 30.
Wouldn't it have been nice if....oh I dunno....someone saw this exact scenario coming and launched legal action with the backing of 10K people, to establish the constitutionality of the Scottish Parliament to legislate for a second referendum without a section 30 order.

I've now been asked 10 times to comment on the ISP article on AFI. My response is this. AFI was established on the basis of unity and working cooperatively for independence. ISP can take as many swings as the like - we'll be putting our energy into challenging unionists instead.
But just for the record - ISP asked me to stand for them - I refused on the basis that AFI had been in the works for years. Their proponents visiting local yes groups around the country. The idea that AFI is not an alliance is ludicrous - BECAUSE I AM AN INDEPENDENT...
Our leader is a retired SNP MSP, our national secretary is a retired green MSP. The whole of solidarity has joined us. We have an ex-SNP MEP. We have AFI direct members, we have independents.....and every single one of them put party politics aside to join AFI.

Engineer: Aye! Yer right, the DLM has just panicked and capped yer line profile. Problem is that it seems ti be stuck and a canny reset the bloody port frae here. Gonna require an engineer to waste his time comin oot just to have to phone his SMC, maybe dae a lift n shift!
I'm having flashbacks to when I was an ADSL2+ Broadband engineer! While telling my ISP's techs that I understand the lingo because I used to do their job, and that expedites things massively because the engineers don't have to translate - but it also has the net effect...
....of giving you horrid flashbacks to an earlier time in your life, and everyone in the room around you looking at you as to say WTF is he talking about!

Legal counsel doing final tweaks to arguments for #PeoplesAS30 which calls in court on Tuesday 6
April 2021 at 10.30 am. The next few weeks will be a to and fro of them responding to us and us responding to them, right up until just before the case calls.
To say I am stressed would be the understatement of the century. With the events of the last month, I don't think I have the ability to impress on people how important this all is, especially considering certain people seem intent on blowing their own toes off.
It's more than a little scary knowing what the consequences of us not getting #scottishindependence in the next year.

Victory! After a catastrophic set of calls over a 2 day period with a deaf claiming I was assisting with the DWP, it was clear to me that the DWP staff training was (putting it politely) unsatisfactory?
So I have raised the issue directly with senior management at the DWP and the response in writing says the following:
"I have highlighted with Senior Management the need for further information and training to be cascaded to all front line telephony agents in regards to the Relay UK service - Please accept our sincere apologies that this did not meet the standards expected".

On the matter of the dismissive "pop-up party" comments that keep getting made by certain people. Two things I will say - AFI is not a standard party - it's an alliance of many under one name on the ballot paper.
The second thing is the term "pop-up" - that's a falsehood. The term pop-up literally means denoting an organisation that OPENS UP QUICKLY in a temporary location and is intended to operate for only a short period of time.
AFI did not "open up quickly". The team of AFI spent months and months before going for registration building processes and procedures, standing orders, and a massive chunk of the same infrastructure that major parties have.
