In Jan 2019 Punjab police arrested Mukhtar. He was named in an extortion case. A unknown builder filed a complaint in Pujab against Muktar and Punjab poilice arrested him from UP jail on production warrant!

When UP police tried to take him back to the UP, Punjab police comes to save him by to citing that he is suffering from hypertension, diabetes, depression, back pain, and skin allergy. And doctors advised him to complete bed rest for 3 months! Like seriously?
In 2005 he was involved in murder of BJP MLA Krishnanand Rai and his six associates in day light.
Attackers have used 6 AK-47 rifles and fired over 400 bullets! Total 21 bullets was recovered from Rai’s body. Just imagine how big attack it was!

Mukhtar has crore of illegal money network in Purvanchal UP! He was involved in contract business with help of politicians and babus since early 80-90. So many cases are pending on him in UP.
But question is that why Punjab police is saving him? Because he is relative of our well known VP Hamid Ansari! So basically congress is saving him.
Do you know what? the joke on our judicial system is, He didn’t apply for bail;
