The discussion we will have will be largely a repeat of what I covered over multiple weeks last Summer. Even if you were part of the community and went through then, review is always helpful, and it will help you learn to teach and lead others in the process of healing.
As I discussed yesterday, healing oneself is the first step in once again becoming a divine healer. And, the first step to healing oneself is part of the Law of One--Forgiveness. There's an energetic reason for forgiveness we will cover in our discussions.
I prefer that our discussions be interactive, rather than me just talking at you from behind my desk on Twitter. If you participate in the discussion, you will learn a lot more, faster, and you will work on healing yourself in the process.
For our discussion, in learning about how Forgiveness aids in the healing process, it will be helpful if you will go through your mind, and make a list of all of the things that are bothering you in your life--old grievances, old relationships, old behaviors.
Everything we think and do in life, or participate in, has an energetic signature and residue associated with it. It stores in our system, and becomes a bond of sorts against our soul that must be healed to advance in consciousness.
Jesus, the Ascended Master, covers this in-depth in the book I discussed yesterday, The Christ Letters. We will work from the same position he teaches, and go through the issues in our own lives that cause us pain and trauma.
It is not necessary for you to re-experience the trauma in order to heal it. That would not be healthy, nor desirable. Instead, you just have to recognize that the trauma or pain or dark emotion associated with something is still there and bothering you, or someone else.
Please make a list of these things--actually write it down--so that you can work through each item to be thorough. We will discuss how to heal from these issues, and disconnect and neutralize the energetic ties between ourselves and those we hurt or who hurt us.
I know, at first glance, it doesn't seem like our own traumas have anything to do with whether or not we can effectively help others heal. But we are beings of energy. When we have a disconnect of sorts in our own energy, the energy we put out is also affected negatively.
If you haven't yet discovered the truth of the energetic process of trauma and healing in your own life, I ask that you just trust me on this issue, and make the list. I know if you will go through the steps of healing yourself, you will feel so much better.
The dark energy we store in our bodies affects everything around us--including our physical health. A great deal of health problems are from stored energy. Many cancers are, for example, a result of stored anger. Others are caused by toxin exposure.
This self-evaluation process needs to be done on a fairly regular basis, as we sometimes don't realize that things have changed in some way since we did it the last time. So, even if you did this last Summer, there is something to be gained by doing it with us again this week.
