@morningmoneyben It's the same type of virus as influenza, which we've lived with for millenia. How do you think humans fared when we first encountered it? The only reason it's not as deadly as COVID is because humans evolved over several millenia.
@morningmoneyben Influenza requires regular "boosters" to keep up with influenza's evolution, and we know COVID is 14 times more infectious, and appears to be growing more infectious, which means it will evolve even faster.
@morningmoneyben The vaccines will help, but I was pissed with the status quo media for selling the false notion that they're a cure. Vaccines can cure polio. Polio is not the same type of virus as Influenza and COVID19.
@morningmoneyben There's a possibility, as far as I see, and I'm just a lowly unemployed writer and former bartender, that humanity hasn't been slapped on the wrist like this since prehistory.
@morningmoneyben Where do you think "kosher" and "halal" originated? Judaisim is an ancient religious culture. The Old Testament is as it's described: "Old." We know that much. Those are public health guidelines inscribed on a moral code used as the foundation for a society.
@morningmoneyben I don't believe it's going away, and personally, I'm hunkering down. I only interact with people who are as conscientious as I am. That's what I mean by "bifurcation." People like me feel more than abandoned. We're convinced the world is insane and we want no part of it.

@morningmoneyben I know they're not making anything because most of the people I know still don't have jobs, and they're not making anything, but the stock market goes up, up and up.
