Based on NCDHHS numbers it would appear that there are NO active COVID-19 cases today. #NCPOL #COVID19NC

A caveat to that:

- The daily case counts maintain a gray area from 3/10 through 3/15 for lab reports. #NCPOL #COVID19NC

Today's case count is 886,218 #NCPOL #COVID19NC

Add to that, the weekly "Presumed to be recovered" number is 874,509 #NCPOL #COVID19NC

Now, subtract the total recovered from total cases and you get 11,709

Which is the exact number of deaths from COVID-19 according to the state's dashboard. #NCPOL #COVID19NC

Again, the delays from testing, date of death, and weekly is a factor and the "real number" isn't 0.

But, this is still great news. #NCPOL #COVID19NC

After reaching out to NCDHHS, the presumed recovered number was reportedly incorrect. It’s now 852,732.
