Four NY senators have called on the chairman of the powerful Investigations and Government Operations Committee to begin an investigation into a deadly mandate of co-mingled COVID-19 residents in group homes, where 552 have died.

NY uses intimidation, threats, and deception to force employees to work at COVID-19-infected group homes for the developmentally disabled, where 552 people have died, four whistleblowers told @dcexaminer.

.@NYGovCuomo's nursing home deathtraps have silent partners — some 7,000 group homes where thousands of disabled COVID-19-positive residents languished with little foresight or intervention by the state, a whistleblower has told @dcexaminer.

The March for Life was canceled this year, but the March for Death has already taken place.

The riot cheered on by @TedCruz and @HawleyMO resulted in 5 deaths and the end of any chance Trump had to be remembered as a leader, writes @NoemieEmery1.

washingtonexaminer.com/opinion/column…
Trump will go down as the worst president —

Worse than those who failed to deal with slavery and the Depression.

Worse than President Richard Nixon and his break-in and cover-up.

Worse than President Bill Clinton and all of his interns.

washingtonexaminer.com/opinion/column…
Had Trump simply faced the facts when the votes were counted, made a brief call to concede, and started packing his bags to return to Florida, he might have done much better.

OUR VIEW:

The fears of many public health officials are becoming true, as all indications are that the U.S. is in the midst of a brutal surge.

Unfortunately, the U.S. enters this season with the public health community having squandered its credibility.

Early on, the American people were told that they had to go into lockdown for just a few weeks.

The purpose, everybody was told, was to “flatten the curve,” so there wasn’t a huge spike in cases at a given time that could collapse the medical system.

washex.am/38PanSi
The problem was that even after the curve had been flattened, and the medical system was in no way in danger, officials lobbied against efforts to reopen activity.

Some pundits and a whole lot of excited Democrats project the Lone Star State is on the verge of going blue.

But the battle for Texas is likely to be a multiyear war of attrition that both parties are gearing up for, writes

The current state of civil-military relations is toxic.

The missing element is trust, the mutual respect and understanding between civilian and military leaders.

The Washington Examiner endorses @realDonaldTrump for president.

His administration’s policy successes outweigh its failures. With the Abraham Accords, he proved you can advance Middle East peace while standing firmly with Israel.

He started treating Iran as the serious threat it is.

washex.am/2TvH4v8
Before COVID-19, Trump presided over the strongest U.S. economy in generations.

His deregulatory and tax reform agenda did more than generations of Democratic demagoguery to raise the wages of working-class families.
