6. Awareness
Awareness is knowing you mind's bullshit.
Being aware simply means a total acceptance of your circumstances. You don't try to run away, instead:
- If you feel lonely, enjoy it
- If you feel sad, enjoy your sadness
- If you feel like shit, enjoy feeling like shit
7. Detachment
You are not your imagination. Don't act on it.
See it like a passing cloud in the sky. Let it pass.
When you become detached, the bubbles of imagination will start getting smaller and one day they will disappear.
8. Embrace Life
Accept feeling lonely, stressful, anxious, shitty, and bored. Laugh at it, smile and move on.
Because deep in your heart you know, the mind is just playing a game.
And now you have learned to outplay it. You know all its tricks. You know you can win.
And one day, again your mind will ask
βItβs stressful, itβs lonely, it's a lovely weather. Would you like to smoke cigarette, have a drink, watch porn, eat donut, play video game?"
