03.17.21 TRANSMUTATION OF THE ENERGY OF PAIN. Hello, beautiful light warriors. I'm back with you for a bit to leave you with today's reading, talking about how pain affects us, and how the energy of pain is transmuted.
As I state in the blog post, I know it would be a lot more fun if I could just give you a formula or a spell, and we could be done with the transmutation of pain. Energetically, though, that's not how it works. However, the process is something everyone can understand.
All of you who are or who want to be healers are so appreciated and loved, for how you are willing to serve others. There is no better mission in life than serving others. Much love to each of you, my friends.

There was a point in my life where I was grieving so hard over a loss that I could barely breathe and my heart physically hurt. I know so many of you have experienced this type of deep, overwhelming pain.
During that time, a song came on that made so much difference to me then, as it has more recently. It is the autobiographical song of a lightwkrker's awakening in India, where she went to sort herself out during an existential crisis.

03.17.21 DAY TO CATCH UP ON READING, AND MAKE YOUR LIST. Today I want to give everyone who is learning about healing with us a chance to get caught up on the reading and their list of what things that need to be healed in your own life.
I also want to discuss with you who you have available here on the planet, and above it, to help you become a healer. Prior to July 18, 2019, the only way your soul group and the angelic gestalts could work with you was through your Higher Self.
This is because there was an energetic "Frequency Fence" around the planet, which kept this planet in quiet isolation for over 11,000 years. We had to incarnate into Humanity to serve them, rather then come on ships as we did in the past, for example when many of us served Egypt.

03.17.21 Another visit from friends. Hi, beautiful lightworkers. Last night I had another visit from friends. This ship had a really beautiful purple hue to it, but for some reason, my iPhone camera didn't pick it up.
Last night was the only time I've ever seen my visitors actually leave, and it was rather breathtaking to watch a ship take off and be over a giant mountain in less than a second. I wish I had gotten that on video.
This video may give you motion sickness. I was once again freezing, and didn’t have anything to rest the phone on. Sorry for the poor quality.

If you haven't already, please make that list of things you are holding onto in your own life that continue to cause you pain and discomfort--both physical and psychological, as well as spiritual pain. It will be necessary for you to acknowledge the pain is there to work to heal.

03.16.21 VISIT FROM FRIENDS. Hello, my friends. You may remember my video from last year when I showed you a little ship that visits me every year, almost to the same date. They showed up again to say, "Hi."
I'm never entirely sure I get the translation of their communication to me exactly right, but I think they told me they are here on a surveying mission, and that the planet is being studied before the upcoming polar shift. They said they are friends from somewhere else I served.

03.15.21 LEARNING TO HEAL YOURSELF AND OTHERS. Hi, beautiful lightworker friends. As promised, today I am starting a series that will hopefully help those of you who are interested to remember more about becoming, again, the divine healer you were when you came to serve here.
I hope you are putting together a list of things that need to be healed in your own life, as I suggested in my post on Saturday. We will be getting to your list in the days to come. Today's part of the series is to give you general info on who, why, and what can be healed.
The first time I went through all of this last Summer, I used Twitter for the threads. I learned the parts of this discussion are too long and complex to do that again, so I will be writing posts to the blog part of loveandlightworks.com to cover this information.
