I asked everyone about what's the best butter recently and it got Kerrygold to trend. Well, they just sent me an entire box of butter and cheese for St. Patrick's Day. God bless the Irish.

My mother tells me I've officially "made it." A son of immigrants receives butter due to a tweet. The American Dream realized. Tear of pride.
If anyone has recipes and recommendations on how to unleash this butter and cheese please post below.
You all have told me to take my time with the "Dubliner cheese," the "Aged Cheddar," and the "Garlic Butter." Noted. I will sacrifice my waist and health for all of you, indulge in this, and report back in due time.
People, I tasted the Dubliner, and...it is glorious. Thank you for the recommendation. Aged Cheddar was awesome, but that Dubliner...was special. I will keep you all posted over the next couple of weeks as I "sample" each item.
