@RWPUSA @astanley711 No choice but to rely on her Blog?

This story is also already out of order.

If the JP soldiers were free to rape the women in the camps as she testified, why did the Japanese military contract with civilian run comfort stations and why did the soldiers have to pay to use them?
@RWPUSA @astanley711 "Secret History of the Greater East Asia War, Nederlands-Indië 『 Japanese in Java』wrote by Kawai Masashi Asahi Shimbun military reporter (1953 Fuji Shoen)

The truth of the Semarang comfort station white horse incident.
Dutch comfort women who perjured themselves
@RWPUSA @astanley711 According to a journal written by an Asahi Shimbun military reporter, when the Dutch military, expelled from Asia by the Japanese, held an extraordinary military tribunal in Batavia to try the Semarang incident, the Dutch comfort women perjured themselves in order to survive.
@RWPUSA @astanley711 In this case, by theprejury of the Dutch comfort women, Army Major Keiji Okada was convicted of extortion of prostitution and sentenced to death, and Washio Aochi, a civilian comfort station operator, was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
@RWPUSA @astanley711 Aochi was shouted down and ridiculed by the Dutch who stormed the courtroom, and died in prison a few days later.
The cause of death was never revealed, but many people thought it was suicide.
@RWPUSA @astanley711 Aochi ran a comfort station near Batavia ( Jakarta).
The comfort women who worked at Aochi's comfort station were the women who had been recruited from the Dutch internment camps and wished to work there.
@RWPUSA @astanley711 It is said that many of the women had been working as prostitutes in the area before they were placed in the camps.
@RWPUSA @astanley711 Aochi, who was a meticulous man, had signed a contract with those comfort women in accordance with the Japanese public prostitution system(at that time priostitution was legal), ..
@RWPUSA @astanley711 ..and had even obtained their signatures as proof that they were willing to become comfort women of their own accord.
It was also not true that he had "forcibly taken minors to become comfort women".
He had refused minors.
@RWPUSA @astanley711 However, when military tribunals were held after the war, the Dutch comfort women perjured themselves to survive, saying that "they had been kidnapped, even minors were forced to become comfort women, and that they had been seduced".
@RWPUSA @astanley711 Army Major Okada Keiji, who was sentenced to death, wrote in his journal that "I was accused of a crime that I did not commit ", referring to the perjury of these comfort women.
@RWPUSA @astanley711 For the women who applied for the position of comfort women, the incentive was that they could go outside the camp, eat delicious food, wear beautiful clothes, dance, and go shopping.
@RWPUSA @astanley711 And the Dutch army had been defeated by the Japanese in Asia and had withdrawn from Asia, leaving them with no future in sight.
@RWPUSA @astanley711 After returning to their country after the war, they were ashamed that they had become prostitutes and feared that their people would blame them for earning money by prostitution for Japanese soldiers, so they blamed the JP soldiers and the elderly Japanese for their survival.
@RWPUSA @astanley711 Aochi and his wife came to Java in 1921 and ran a hotel for Japanese customers in Batavia's Mollenfried Street.
The Japanese who came to Java were people who wanted to make money abroad, and since they came without any particular goal in mind, ..
@RWPUSA @astanley711 ..they quickly became penniless and had trouble making a living.
The compassionate Aochi let these Japanese stay at his hotel for free, even for a month or two, and encouraged them and helped them get jobs.
@RWPUSA @astanley711 In particular, because Aochi was fluent in Indonesian, Dutch & English, the Batavian courts always asked Aochi to be the interpreter when they tried Japanese.

Aochi returned to Japan for the first time in decades, leaving his wife in Japan and returning to Batavia again.
@RWPUSA @astanley711 Aochi tried to use his years of experience to run a hotel again, but it was already occupied by Japanese tied with military , so he decided to run a comfort station.
@RWPUSA @astanley711 To start the comfort station, Aochi recruited women from the internment camps who wanted to work there, refused minors, and made them sign a contract each time.
@RWPUSA @astanley711 However, even this solid evidence was not accepted by the Dutch Extraordinary Military Tribunal, which was worse than the Tokyo Trials.
The resentment of the Dutch who had been expelled from Asia by the Japanese was tremendous.
@RWPUSA @astanley711 During the Dutch Extraordinary Military Tribunal, women testified that Aochi had seduced, coerced even minors, and all the testimonies and evidence of Aochi's side were not taken into consideration.
@RWPUSA @astanley711 It is said the Dutch military highly likely encouraged the women to perjure themselves to punish Japan.

@jeff_kaye @FahySandra @astanley711 The 100,000 pages of classified documents on Unit 731 held by the U.S. showed absolutely no evidence that Unit 731 conducted human experiments or waged germ warfare, proving that everything that was said after the WW2 was a baseless fabrication.
@jeff_kaye @FahySandra @astanley711 It also revealed records of individual interrogations of those involved in Unit 731, including Lieutenant General Shiro Ishii, as well as top-secret documents supporting the fact that Ishii wrote the results of his germ warfare research and handed them over to the US in June 1947
@jeff_kaye @FahySandra @astanley711 The IWG, formed in 1999 during the Clinton admin to investigate the "war crimes" of Nazi Germany and Japan, searched desperately for documents that supported not only human experimentation, but also the "comfort women" and other misdeeds, but found no evidence to support them.

On February 7, the very same day, Professor Jeannie Suk Gersen of Harvard University and Professor Richard Painter of the University of Minnesota launched Twitter attacks against Professor Ramseyer of Harvard University.
They repeatedly tweeting about comfort women (WW2 wartime prostitutes) to the Americans on a daily basis.

It was not only a slander against Professor Ramseyer,
it was a slander against the Japanese people, pretending to accuse his paper.

@JeannieSGersen Yoon Mee Hyang, an executive of the comfort women organization who was indicted for Donation Fraud in 2020, revealed this.

When Lee Yong-soo first called me, she said

"I am not a comfort woman, but a friend of mine was."

Are you helping their Fraud?
@JeannieSGersen Lew Hanjin : political commentator on alliance politics.

“Yoon sounded as though Lee was not a comfort woman. If she is not a comfort woman, they have been exploiting her for their own purposes..
@JeannieSGersen ..This is unacceptable.”

Addressing historical accuracy in such a highly contentious issue is difficult for anyone, especially when it concerns Koreans.

However, such a claim must be based on truth, for without it, one loses moral rights to the claim in its entirety.

@Paul_Kreitman @astanley711 What do you mean by ”Brutal Sakoku””?
You know why Japan closed off, don't you?
First came the Jesuit missionaries, then the merchants, they began to trade the Japanese as slaves.
The shogun bought back the Japanese, forbade Christianity, and closed the country.
@Paul_Kreitman @astanley711 For the Jesuit missionaries, the spearhead of colonization, Christianity was just a tool to divide and colonize Japan.
Scorsese's movie "Silence" does not depict this at all.
The Japanese were fortunate to have such a general.
Otherwise, Japan would have become a colony of Europe
@Paul_Kreitman @astanley711 Now in Japan, American scholars who have studied Japan with scholarships from Japan have bad reputation for tweeting stupid and childish things under their Real Names.
