OMG I am the Uber from hell. We are on the freeway and he missed the exit, so this clown decided to back up on the freeway. I yelled at him and told him he is going to cause an accident to just go forward and get back on. This clown proceeded to say I am being hostile.

He also made two personal stops. One stop was to TD Bank, and another stop was to get snacks.
I wish I recorded it but I was literally in shock. But as someone stated earlier, @Uber_Support will be able to see the GPS information and know I am telling the truth.
JFC... now he is talking to someone on speaker instead of focusing on the road.
I just got out and ended the trip.
I recorded a video of him missing another exit, I will upload when I get home.
Uber refunded the trip and apologized.
