Heather Bresch raised the price of a drug that saves lives. Some of those lives he’s supposed to represent in congress. His daughter received millions in bonuses from Mylan for raising Epipen costs.

My daughter has severe nut allergies & has used Epipens her whole life. She used one as recently as December, two weeks after her birthday.
She had yogurt that unfortunately had almond milk in it. The epipen didn’t work & she passed out on the bathroom floor white as a ghost.

I hear my wife screaming for an ambulance and I rush to see my little girl lying on the floor with her eyes rolled back gasping for air.
I tried 7 times to enter the passcode on my iPhone to call for an ambulance. For some reason I kept putting in the wrong number.

The paramedics came and rushed her to the hospital.
I fortunately could afford epipens when they were $600 BUT I think of all the people who couldn’t.
I can’t imagine those families living without a drug that could save lives.

My daughter in the ambulance overheard the EMT saying, “What the hell is that guy doing? He’s running every red light behind us?!!

“It’s a dad thing, you wouldn’t understand!”

And my daughter smiled in the ambulance knowing her parents were right behind her in a car willing 2 break every law 2 make sure she was okay & not alone!
