The fight against House Bill 1217, a bill which would ban transgender girls from playing on sports teams consistent with their gender, is in the homestretch. Our time to beat this bill is limited.

🚨Right now, we need all hands on deck before #SDLeg votes on HB1217 on MONDAY.🚨

@govkristinoem recently issued a style and form veto to House Bill 1217, which #SDLeg will be voting on first.

Yet these revisions won't change the fact that this policy is harmful to trans South Dakotans, and a violation of Constitutional and federal civil rights law. ⚖️
