On the implementation of NCR Plus ‘bubble’

PNP spokesman Ildebrandi Usana: Hindi naman sila binibigyan nag mahigpit na pag-implement ng restrictions except kapag nakita ng pulis na may violations sa minimum health protocols kung saan papatawan sila ng multa o warning lang.

Usana: During day time, nakita natin na may konting inconvenience but this has been addressed. Ang checkpoint during day time ay hindi dapat magkaroon ng paghihigpit.

From March 15-23, Usana says 27,513 individuals were warned, fined or arrested due to violations to protocols.
