Incredibly obvious they’re kettling the whole park. Not as much media as this morning but a couple of local news trucks (I noticed KTLA and ABC specifically). Arrests will most likely be documented at least #EchoParkRiseUp

The push south continues

Continuing to kettle along Glendale (sorry for the lack of focus)

They’re batoning us indiscriminately to get them to move back, shoved and tackled a couple people already, displaced an unhoused person who got caught in their march forward.

From the other side of the line where they’re trying to keep press further away. They blocked off all exits as it is anyways.

More cops coming into formation getting ready to go at the crowd, they just declared unlawful assembly and told us to disperse while still blocking off all exits.

Standoff between LAPD and protestors continues following the dispersal orders

From coming back down Glendale again after trying to get @Fiorella_im in, that failed

Protestors are clearly trying to disperse peacefully but in true cop fashion LAPD remains. One arrest was made as a shot was fired into the crowd but it didn’t escalate beyond that.

There’s about eight of these ready to go as the protestors continue to back up and attempt to disperse peacefully.

Have to sign off for now but here’s the walk back up Glendale as the protestors continue to peacefully disperse.
