Have spent a not inconsiderable about of time over the last few years trying to discern the divide between those who care deeply about (any!) superhero movie and those who are like, ok that was fun (or not). 1/?
Leans (dramatically?) male and skews (somewhat less dramatically,maybe ) younger, but the real thing I don’t get is the predominance among male political journos which at times seems totally off the charts? Kthnxbai
And I just don’t know what to make of the pairing of political/analytical journalism and extreme, not-just-escapism, fandom of superhero movies; these things would seem to be in at least some opposition.
