When I'm helping DS with math, if he makes a mistake and I ask him, he'll continue to say the mistake is the correct answer even though he knows it isn't. He said he just doesn't want to admit he's wrong. (I already told him that's a deal-breaker for most women!). So, 1/
2/ this afternoon I wrongly said he should still have 2 bags of "pop-its" left, since there were 4 and he used 2. He then walked me through saying: "Remember 1 used on a walk with you & dad & you said you were surprised they lasted the whole walk." Me: "Yes." Him: "And I
3/ "use one on a walk with you when they're were a bunch of duds." Me: "Yes. That's 2." Him: "And I used 1 on a walk with dad & you and put one in his hood. Me: "Yes. That's 3. So you should have 2 left."

BREAKING: Today 4th Circuit will hear @RealSLokhova appeal from dismissal of her lawsuit against Halper et. al. Link: Case will likely *set new standard in age of Twitter & internet, but from personal level, with Lokhova have a chance to get justice? 1/
2/ *Because the claims are state law claims presented in a federal forum, the 4th Circuit's obligation is to determine how VA's highest court would rule, so it is not technically "setting" standard. Wouldn't surprise me if panel certifies questions to state court.
3/ Life permitting, I'll be covering in depth.
