Basics of identifying mold toxicity: if all your blood work is normal, but your nervous system is compromised (dizziness, tremors, muscle weakness, short term memory loss, GI problems) then you probably need to get checked for mycotoxins.
Check bottom tweet for protocol
As mentioned by Dr. Andrew Campbell, one of the leading doctor and researcher in mold toxicity:
“Molds are the gun, mycotoxins are the bullet”
Severity of symptoms may relate to immune health and length of exposure to the molds.
#Lyme disease and #mold have an enormous overlap. Chronic Lyme may actually be mold.
The 7 different mycotoxins can each be tested with their IgA, IgM, and IgG giving you 21 different parameters.
Nutritional protocol for Mold toxicity: (1/3)
Deep ketosis for at least 6 months (ketones above 2.0 at all times) with intermittent fasting (16 hours) to strengthen the immune and nervous system.
Nutrient protocol (2/3) Mycotoxins also inhibit protein synthesis, so increased protein may be necessary to help rebuild the compromised systems in the body. 1g/lb should be enough. Too low protein could slow progress.
Nutrient protocol (3/3)
Limit calorie restriction as to give the body enough energy to rebuild. Benfotiamine, electrolytes and limbic work is greatly advised.

Adrenaline is best known for its excitatory fight-or-flight effect on the body. Noradrenaline has very similar effects and is a methylated precursor to adrenaline.
Why is this important?
Noradrenaline is actually better than adrenaline at raising blood pressure and worse at relaxing smooth muscle.
If you lack the capacity to demethylate (see below), you may find yourself stuck with these problems.
If you’re methylation pathways are compromised (mainly B vitamins and magnesium dysregulation) its likely that you’ll experience chronic hypertension and chronic stress from excess noradrenaline in the body.
This is often why some people don’t know how to relax.
