Different notions, advice, opinions on study visa/accompanying applicants (Family)

A thread.
A student visa applicant, who applied either along with his/her family members or deferred it till later wouldn't be treated like a single applicant is treated, in fact, his/her application carrying extra application would require additional scrutiny. This include and not less
than:
1. Affordability (Finance)
2. Admissibility:
* Medical, criminal/background check
3.
As at the time of application, many considerations would be made according to IRCC policy, immigration act, and or discretion of a visa officer or their seniors.
If an applicant is app
lying along with family, please note that each applicant would be treated independently but under the main applicant (The student) that is to say the main applicant might scale while a secondary applicant might not scale (That would actually punch a hole or forever dent the appli
cant.
1. AFFORDABILITY: The % of tuition paid and the explanation of how to defray the cost of duration spending fee without considering working in Canada is golden, and can't be overemphasized, take for E.g the annual spending fee for the main applicant is $10k/year while, all
the secondary applicant is flat and at $5500/year based on having under 16 years old dependant.

ADMISSIBILITY: This is a pull-push factor if, for whatever reason, any family member in the secondary application has any negative factor as regards criminality check, medical conditi
on listed again a favourable condition to grant a visa, the main applicant would lose his chance (How do you explain your ties when the same said ties are on your application as accompanying)
ADVANTAGES
1. Single applicant can always use all the available funds for him/herself to have a successful application
2. Once the PA is granted visa, every other secondary applicant would be granted (so far none has any issue with immigration; criminality, medical condition)
3. Spouse of applicant would be issued with "open work permit" at the border but just an accompanying visa from the embassy.
4. Spouse of the applicant would be issued with an "open work permit" at the border but just an accompanying visa from the embassy. Work permit can be able
pick up ITA to apply for PR either at PnP level or federal level (EE/CEC)

DISADVANTAGES
1. Any hole in either the main or secondary applicant application nullifies all other applicants.
2. It is financial sapping
3. Time-consuming (background checks)

In my opinion, it is always
good for the PA to land, and start the process of others after a semester (Settle down). Many unscrupulous agents would tell you to pay extra to apply for family members, this is a fat lie, the precedent applicant covers that, but every other requirement needs to be met.
Note: Any applicant at elementary or secondary school does not need a study visa/permit to study in Canada whilst under the application of the parents (Main) applicants.

" My studying in Canada would professionally give a boost to my career and education in no near future, the economic boost is presently attracting investors and multinationals are hiring based on this report....... After my Canadian education, I stand to benefit from such"
Nigerian post secondary schools have same programs, but the curriculum looks pale in comparison to their Canadian counterparts, I'll prefer the world class standard of a Canadian school for the value it attaches to my self development and investment.
Canada is diversed, and multicultured, since my ambition is to come back and compete to develop Nigeria's economy into what I would be proud of, I'll love to get into a multicultured country to have a firsthand experience as this is crucial for my future success in any multin....

Sorry for this bad news, I am seriously heartbroken💔
This person was billed #4.5m and 1m had been paid, a FAKE document. You can't be issued a work permit outland, but a work visa.I will keep on preaching despite not been a registered consultant. This is wrong in its entirety.
This isn't relate to IELTS or express entry. It is a pathway on its own,but on the way "if genuine" you can hop into EE,CEC, or and even PNP. Many people don't pay attention. A work visa allows you to travel to Canada to come resume work, its like a landing pass, but a work permit
actually allows, permit, authorize you to work. You can't get one in isolation of the other, visa is issued at the embassy while permit will only be issued at border post either land, sea, or airport.
I am tired of "EXPLAIN"

A tradesperson? Listen to this and gain something.
You apprenticed in a trade (Carpentry, automotive mechanic, welder, etc) if it wasn't formal no problems, just go to the Ministry of labor in your area or state secretariat to enquire, request for what's called "Trade Test)
I don't know the procedure (kindly enquire)fast forward, search on the internet specifically the province you find with a suitable program that will suit your migration plan (how to assess your foreign trade test certificate (there is always a fee and non-refundable)Please read.
fill in the forms and make the payment, some will evaluate your trade test while others will issue you with temporary notification pending when you can sit and challenge your trade examination in that province (it's a double-edged sword)you can now either use that to either look

Saskatchewan Immigration Nominee Program (SINP)
at a glance. A thread.
SINP has been around for 2 decades (I was surprised too) It is one of the most famous provincial nominations for permanent residence in Canada, it entails applicants to score a minimum of 60 out of 100
possible points.SINP became more popular when family sponsorship was added to the scheme. To get into SINP, you have two routes
1. SINP OID: Occupation in demand (Paper route) this takes nothing less than 12 months or more to achieve PR
2. SINP Express Entry: From 6 months upward
With SINP, there are electronic-based (It gets rerouted back to cic.gc.ca for final approval) your EE profile number is required whereby once nominated you will be required to update your EE profile to be bolstered with additional 600 points.
With SINP,there are
