2. That same edition, we talked with family members of an Abbotsford hiker who took his life this year. Brook Morrison was a prominent local hiker who once quit his job to hike the PCT. Now his family is working to help connect more people to mental health supports.

4. Tuesday: An exclusive story on the COVID-19 death toll in Fraser Valley cities. We got the numbers through an FOI request because BC. Story includes numbers for a dozen other communities outside the valley.

7. Wednesday: Big park news in Chilliwack! The city is quietly planning a huge new park linking Vedder Mountain and its trails to the Vedder River. Story came from scouring city documents.

9. And also Wednesday, we had more from our interview with Bowinn Ma, where we asked her about being asked by the Premier to widen a highway when she had previously said, in the legislature, that widening highways doesn't solve highway congestion.

10. Thursday. Another scoop: This time on the fact that a local First Nation had filed court papers to block the City of Abbotsford's expropriation of land next to a sacred site.

13. Friday. We made it through! Things got progressively easier, and we featured an interview with a grocery store worker with insight into how normal people are processing the pandemic, and why there's still a stigma against calling in sick.
