You can get a Work Permit (no LMIA needed) if you qualify to do the job. This is a pathway to permanent residence status in less than 3 years. The whole family can come to Canada. The spouse can work and the children can go to school.
Eligibility Requirements Include:

Education: at least 1 year of post-secondary education completed.

Language: CLB 5 minimum in English or French (must be able to communicate well in order to do the job).
Work Experience:.

HSW – National Occupational Classification NOC 4412. Home Support Workers provide personal care and companionship for seniors, persons with disabilities and convalescent clients.
HCCP – National Occupational Classification NOC 4411. Home Child Care Providers care for children. They care for their wellbeing and physical and social development, assist parents with child care.
How the Process Works:

You apply to either the Home Child Care Provider Pilot or the Home Support Worker Pilot, depending on which occupation you plan to work in.

You submit a work permit application together with your permanent residence application.
If you meet the requirement, you get a work permit to work in Canada temporarily..

The work permit you get is an occupation- restricted open work permit which lets you work as a caregiver for any employer. (some conditions apply).
Get at least 24 months of experience to qualify for permanent residence..

You don’t need to live in your employer’s home to qualify.
Family Members

Your family members are also eligible to come with you to Canada. If they want to work or study while in Canada, you can include their work or study permit applications together with your own application.

Applying for jobs in Canada from Nigeria may seem a little daunting a task but you must keep applying and applying for any available job openings. The more your resume resembles what Canadian employers are looking for, the more you are likely to get their attention.
When applying for a Canadian Job, you need to adopt resume and not C.V style. Some sites you could consider are indeed.ca, monster.ca, eluta.ca. Glassdoor.ca, LinkedIn and wowjobs.ca The last 2 are my best options
