The 3 Pillars of Body Transformation

(Required homework if you ever want a lean muscular body)

After helping hundreds of people transform their bodies, it's become crystal clear to me the reason why people fail...

They are missing at least one of these pillars

1) Training
2) Nutrition
3) Accountability

Here's what you NEED to do for each pillar 👇
#1: Training

Your training system should be built around your

- goals
- lifestyle
- gym access
- preferences
- experience level

The key here is your training system must

1) Be EFFECTIVE
2) Be SUSTAINABLE for you Image
Example 👇

Mark is 28 years old and runs his own business. He's very busy.

His training system should be something that

- is high intensity
- is only 3-4x per week
- workouts take only 30-50 minutes

Makes sense right?
#2: Nutrition

Your nutrition system should be designed for your

- goals
- lifestyle
- time restraints
- favorite foods
- body composition

Most people fail here because

❌they hate their diet
❌they can't sustain it
❌they are missing pillar #3 Image
Example 👇

Mark's favorite foods are pizza and chicken nuggets. Mark is trying to lose some stubborn belly fat and put on some muscle.

His nutrition system should

- promote muscle growth
- incorporate his favorite foods
- allow him to lose belly fat & enjoy life
#3: Accountability

You NEED accountability systems in place so you can show up on the days you don't feel like it.

The most powerful forms of accountability are

✅Explicit gameplans
✅Investing in a coach
✅Social accountability

Mark struggles with consistency. He is someone who can be good for a week or 2 at a time but he falls off track.

His accountability systems need to

- create sustainable habits
- fit for Mark and his busy lifestyle
- kick him in the ass to show up on the hard days
