Calabash chalk popularly known as nzu is consumed by alot of people mostly women especially when they are pregnant as they say they crave it the most at the moment as they say it cures morning sickness and help with alot of things too.
Should*
Even though it occurs naturally, it is also artificially made by the mixture of ash (from wood), sand, mud, salt and clay. It is then moulded into a round shape or whatever desirable shape and finally heated to form the end product- calabash chalk(nzu).

I know if you see molds on part of your bread like this, your usual thought might be, let me remove the part that has the mold and eat the rest-

RT Image
But that practice is dangerous, you are putting yourself at risk, once you see mold in a bread, no matter how little the mold is, the bread is already filled by bacteria.
Eating it can cause nausea and vomiting. If you make it a habit you can end up damaging your liver as you are consuming the toxins produced by the mold.
Once you see a spoilt bread or groundnut, discard it.
This simple thing can save your liver.

Bitter and envious people instigate and circulate this kind of news.

2yrs ago in my area, there was a man that was so good with his culinary skills, that people line up waiting for him to show up, before he gets to his base with his rice,he has already sold everything on the way-
Sometimes, he refuses to sell on the way so he can get to his joint and attend to his customers there.

It wasn’t long rumors started circulating that the man is a ghost, that’s why he cooks so well, it spread like wildfire and alot of people were scared.
I was shaken one bit because i know this are mean in which people that are jealous of his success will try to bring him down. That day, i went and bought his rice with chicken, what will happen should happen. Later it got to the man and the man addressed people.

Don’t eat old/spoilt bread

Don’t eat old/spoilt groundnut.

Don’t wash and use spoilt tomatoes.

Don’t eat spoilt corn.

Don’t heat and eat spoilt food.

Don’t eat any food evaded by mold.

It can damage your liver.

RT to create awareness. ImageImage
Spoilt food are usually evaded by molds, when you eat them, you stand a chance of developing liver disease this is because molds produce a toxin known as aflatoxin.
Aflatoxins can cause liver disease and even cancers.
Aflatoxins are not affected by heat, so saying you will heat the food and eat it won’t do you any good. Discard anything eatable that is spoilt, don’t harm yourself because you want to manage or “I don’t want to waste it”.

“If you want everybody to like you, go be an ice cream seller or go sell chocolates”

The truth is not everyone likes ice cream and there are people who don’t like chocolates.
Even if you give everyone in your village an iphone 12 or 500k each not everyone there will like you.
Some will be like, why him go dash me 500k, how him take get 500k wey em give me, or she is into runs that how she can afford to give everyone that amount of money, or she wants to use me for rituals.
The bottom line is:

No matter what you do, not everyone will like you.

Stop trying to please people, stop always trying to get everyone on your side or be on the side of everyone.
