PMK founder Chief Dr Ramadoss mounts a direct attack on OPS who has given an interview to The Hindu that the 10.5% inner reservation to Vanniyars is just provisional (formal announcement) and it would not be implemented without a caste census. 1/n
Senior Ramadoss who has become senile says, once a law is passed no one can revert it. It is permanent and no one can change it. Several constitutional amendments have been quashed by HCs & SC. Even the TN’s 69% reservation is under challenge. 2/n
This shows that the Big Mango don’t even know the basics of administration. Any law has to be followed by “Rules” which will handle the ‘nitty grittier’ of the law. Unless GO is issued about rules, the law will remain just on paper. 3/n
