Mary felt "pressured to work", while she was heavily pregnant and suffering from anemia.
While she was a patient in A&E, she was discharged & we're told that "she was not too happy" with this outcome.

We know that black women are five times more likely to die during childbirth. The testimonies have recurring themes.

Ultimately, we're left with a man who has spent the last year trying to grapple with the right way to answer "Where's mummy?", while trying to raise two kids during a pandemic and seeking justice for his deceased wife.
