She is contesting for the post of Vice President from
Mr Sanjay Basak @basaksanjay’s panel. 2-N

The fraudulent attempt was made to force the Vice President candidate, Pallavi Ghosh out of the race. 3-N

The elections for the governing body of the PCI are slated to take place on 10 April 2021 and 31 March 2021 was the last day withdrawals of nominations. 4-N

Interestingly, Pallavi has been out Delhi since past few days in connection with coverage of West Bengal assembly elections. 5-N

Expressing shock and anger at the incident Pallavi, in a Twitter message she indicated filing a police complaint. 6-N

Meanwhile, the members of her panel have lodged a complaint with the PCI Election Commission (PCIEC). Pallavi Ghosh is the Vice Presidential candidate for Sanjay Basak-Pallavi Ghosh-Santosh Thakur- Sudhi ranjan- Manash Gohain panel. 7-N

However there is no official word from the PCIEC on whether they are going to take any legal action in the matter. 8-N

Matter came fore when the withdrawal forms were being scrutinised in the evening after the closing time. 9-N
