These Bheemtas come up with fantasies everyday & Hindus who forgot their own Iconography cannot defend such nonsense. There is a great need for the present kids to know "Hindu Iconography" & that's what we are doing at @brhat_in
First - Even before buddhism was born great Scholars like Yaska & Saunaka were interpreting Hindu Gods from Rigveda in Niruktam & Brhad Devata.
In fact Yaskacharya has a part dedicated to Hindu Gods called "Daivata Kanda"

1. Buddha under the shade of Mucchalinda. But @scribe_it will you please explain why he has "7 Hoods" & "3 coils" at the seat? What has 7 & 3 got to do with Mucchalinda?
1. Vastupurusha Sthapana (Square Mandala) is done before the construction of temple to decide the "Brahmasthana" which is Garbhagriha. This is core & from here everything radiates.
2. Once Garbhagriha is ready, Prana Pratishtha can be done anytime before completion of shikhara.
Without establishing "Moolavirat" or deciding a spot for him, it is difficult to decide the "Brahma Randra" in the sikhara.
Since Moola viraat is traditionally "Achala Murti" & bigger than the Dwara . He is placed before fixing Dwara.

This the view of Gurgi Temple mount from the ancient temple ruin site. The site once had grand tall standing temples not less than 5 in number plundered during the Islamic invasions. What remain today is grounded stones with dust covered mounds notified by ASI. 3/9
I can see "Dollukintha" of Sanchara Kurubas, the one I come from. We Kurumas in Telanagana are no more Sanchara, has a little different version called "Oggu Katha" - the ballads of our god "Beerappa" (a form of Shiva). @ReclaimTemples@punarutthana@LostTemple7@hamsanandi
1. Kurumas were nomadic tribes once grazing the "Sheep". Sheep is integral part of our lives. Our ancestors took the herds to forests of Nallamala crossing River Krishna and the pebbles they collected in their journey became our gods. Berappa, form of shiva is our chief God.
1. Buddhist Rock cut caves are stunning achievements - making readers believe that there were no such achievents prior buddhism.

2. She says that Buddhist caves inspired Vaishnava and Shaiva Rock Cut temples thus subtly lieing Hindu temples emerged from Buddhist caves. Like a crooked politician she uses "Vaishnava & Shaiva" instead of Hindu. Playing a British Game.

3. During sowing & harvest times, Guggillu (boiled Bebberlu, Kandhulu, uluvalu) is a favorite munching item. The extract of the boil is the most tasty chaaru by my mother.
4. Chaddhannam & Perugu - Madikaya thokku in the mornings is so soothing to stomach
