@s_r_constantin @ben_r_hoffman Like, one thing that is horrifying is an Orwellian sort of world where there's a "tech sector" that mouths words about innovation, but for which actual technology is epiphenomenal: it's just a tool for posturing.

@s_r_constantin @ben_r_hoffman (I'm not saying that this is our world, or confidently claiming that that world is even possible or plausible. Only that it is a horror story.)
