They decide how much success you'll have

They are like rules of your operating system

You are consciously & subconsciously choosing them
every time

Beliefs can make you do crazy shit

Here is the 3 step process to master your belief system

Let's dive into it

1. Identify them

Be self-aware & identify what are your limiting beliefs & how they are holding you back

Moreover, be aware of the story/proof that plays into your mind

Note: Take one belief at a time

2. Get the opposite proofs

You believe that interaction with a random stranger
can't go well

Because in your childhood some stranger kicked your ass

Now your aim is to

Go out

Approach random strangers &

Prove your subconscious wrong

3. Stack them

Now as you are consistently taking actions

& reality tells you that

Strangers are dope humans

Your good reference experiences are increasing

& soon they'll become much heavier than
the bad one

Until then

Keep stacking them

Congrats

Now you are a G at making your own beliefs

The more proofs you have the stronger your
beliefs will
