First National Bank security advising they saw an explosion on camera. A security guard advising he heard a large explosion and sees heavy black smoke.
OFD: E1, E3, E5, T1, T34, M1, M2, B1, B2, R33

E1 has heavy smoke and flames from numerous underground grates. Automatic Fire Alarms sounding in surrounding buildings. Requesting @OPPDCares and @mudomahane expedite.
Crews reporting continuing explosions on scene.
Paramedic Shift Supervisor added to the call. T1 advising heavy smoke inside the Double Tree Hotel.
Incident Command advising all personnel to avoid manhole and underground vault covers. Rescue 33 to begin monitoring manholes for gas.
Additional OPD enroute for crowd control.

T1 reports the Double Tree is all clear.

Pursuit: Abbott Drive and Riverfront Drive
Officers are in pursuit of a white Cadillac Escalade that fled from an attempted traffic stop and is occupied by a party wanted by Nora Units and is possibly armed. ABLE-1 tracked the vehicle through Omaha while officers did not pursue.
ABLE-1 terminated the pursuit as the suspect fled near Eppley Airfield. Delta Units located the vehicle and had several successful spike strips.
Suspect foot bailed near 16th and Cuming St. and just jumped into a Blue Chrysler 300 with 20 County plates. Unknown if this is a possible carjacking.

Multiple callers have a pump on fire near the pool. Evacuations taking place.

B6 has taken over command. E63 has fire out on arrival but investigating. All units not on location can switch to Alpha Response and continue in.

M65 enroute to Bergan Code 2 TCC with a 19 y/o male who was the unrestrained driver of a head on collision going approximately 60-70MPH. He is awake alert and oriented. He has an obvious right femur deformity.
