Sector Officer has been suspended. It was a reserved EVM that has been removed from the election process. Severe action will be taken against all involved: Election Commission of India (ECI)

EVMs and VVPATs were found at the residence of a TMC leader in Uluberia, West Bengal
Tapan Sarkar, sector officer of Sector 17 in AC 177 Uluberia Uttar at Howrah district, went with Reserve EVM and slept at a relative’s house. This is a gross violation of EC’s instructions for which he has been suspended and charges will be framed for major punishment: EC
The Sector Police attached to Sector Officer has also been directed to be suspended. The said EVM and VVPAT have been taken out of the stock and shall not be used in the polls: Election Commission of India
General Observer Neeraj Pawan has checked the intactness of all seals. These EVMs have now been stored in a separate room in Observer's custody: Election Commission of India

All indoor or outdoor congregations are prohibited in the state with exception of marriage functions with upper limit of 200 persons&last rites related functions with the upper limit of 50 persons. All processions including religious processions shall be prohibited:Jharkhand Govt
Not more than 5 persons shall congregate at any public place. All schools shall be closed & education shall be provided online. However offline classes for class 10th & 12th' students who shall be taking the board examinations in the year 2021 are permitted: Jharkhand Govt

Night curfew imposed in Delhi from 10 pm to 5 am with immediate effect till 30th April, in the wake of #COVID19 situation: Delhi Government
No restrictions on traffic movement during night curfew. People can get vaccinated but need to have an e-pass. Owners of ration, general, fruits, vegetables & medical stores will be allowed on e-pass. Print & electronic media personnel will be allowed to move on e-pass:Delhi Govt
