I haven’t posted anything about our trip down to my wife’s family ranch along the border as they asked me not to as not to be identified. Suffice to say the ranches that can afford it have deployed a lot of armed security along the fence lines. The ones that can’t are (next>)
sustaining a lot of property damage & some livestock loss. Neighbors who can have pitched in help provide some security to those folks. Federal officials are of no help. Local sheriffs departments are doing what they can, but are overwhelmed. One ranch was approached (next>)
by a Biden lackey at their front gate (with armed security there) complaining about all the guns & demanding to be let in to inspect the property. They were refused entry (still need a warrant) and were told to leave. That was several days ago. The Biden people down here (next>)
way in over their heads and are starting to realize it in a big way. The area reminds me of third world countries where government has broken down and land owners must provide their own 24/7 security or be overrun by criminals. Veterans will know what I’m talking about. (Next>)
It doesn’t feel at all like the United States. For now, the “coyotes” know what heavily armed properties to avoid. No shots have been fired yet. Tension is high and things could spin out of control very fast. Leaving for home in a few days. Will return in a month or so. (Next>)
