2. There are two essential elements at play within a singular argument that has been happening in/around all of the MAGA Trump supporters. Is it better to:
A. CREATE A NEW PARTY
B. REFORM THE EXISTING GOP
3. Remember, the GOP is a private club. There are no local, state or federal election guidelines on party participation. "Republican" is a club.
Donald Trump essentially became a club member, gained influence inside it, then became the biggest member winning the '16 primary
4. The club has rules. Trump can influence those rules to a large extent, but not completely.... unless he has the full club support....
.... Which he does not have. As you will remind yourself, a big part of the club does not like Trump.
5. If you are in the camp that wants to see Trump reform the GOP/RNC, and not create a new club, well, then you would understand Trump endorsing a club member like Rubio - even though that club member is sketchy.
6. If your mindset is to accept the club cannot be reformed, and you would rather Trump just start a new club, then the endorsement is frustrating and annoying.
My personal preference has always been a new club. I have expressed this opinion since 2008.
7. Currently it is a rather unique political dynamic. Arguably, the club now needs Trump more than Trump needs the club.
However, also arguably, the club infrastructure is factually a value to President Trump.
8. Trump remaining inside the club, influencing the club, and carrying a sword of Damocles (endorsement or lack thereof) inside the club **could** be viewed as the successful approach toward changing the club.
9. The historic reference here would be Barack Obama taking over the DNC club..... against the Clinton machine.
Clinton was to the DNC as Mitch McConnell and the Bush clan (et al) was to the RNC.
Reference what Clinton did to Bernie ('16); successfully.
cont...
10. ....Reference what Bush (and club) tried to do to Trump in '16; unsuccessfully.
- Obama now owns the club. Full control.
- Trump is still working through the process. Not yet full control.
11. Trump endorsing Rubio is pragmatic and keeps options A and B open.
If Trump had not endorsed Rubio, or endorsed a challenger, then Option A (takeover) would be much harder as the club would fight to save *Rubio
*Rubio viewed as a more valuable club asset than Murkowski.
12. That's the problem with politics and political clubs.

The pain and sadness swallowed Christians on Easter Saturday.... They were in despair.
Unbeknownst to them, there was hope on the horizon. Jesus Christ resurrected.
Take a few minutes to think of the gift provided... feel it all... this will help
"The sanctifying power of this night
dispels wickedness, washes faults away,
restores innocence to the fallen, and joy to mourners,
drives out hatred, fosters concord, and brings down the mighty."
"On this, your night of grace, O holy Father,
accept this candle, a solemn offering,
the work of bees and of your servants’ hands,
an evening sacrifice of praise,
this gift from your most holy Church."
(2) As Mo Brooks notes, each state must be challenged individually. The same is true for the Senate... and no-one other than Josh Hawley has objected, and Hawley's objection is only for Pennsylvania. WATCH:
(3) Currently there is only one objection in the senate. Pennsylvania contested by Josh Hawley.
No other senators are on record with any objections. Including Lyin' Ted Cruz who claims his involvement is contingent upon successful support for a "commission".
