I’m an East County native, born at Grossmont. Went to La Mesa Middle School and Helix, which I wrote about here (the other high school I attended and mention here was Mt. Carmel, where the Poway synagogue shooter went years later. Same deal) washingtonpost.com/outlook/2019/0…
I deleted a tweet in this thread where I incorrectly stated Helix was LS-SV. It is not in that district but in nearby Grossmont Union.

They've done it so many times that they're easy to predict. This was written about San Diego, but it's applicable everywhere. Just swap out the names for your own local political gadflies
