And the cops KNEW why he did what he did. One officer admitted later he knew why Nazario had pulled into the gas station - it happened all the time, and was a maneuver often used by people of color.

Many (not all) cops are bullies. They go into the field because they enjoy being able to wield power over others. Cops themselves will admit this about their sadistic colleagues.
