Last tweets of the day about salt, rarely have I seen so many disagree with me. That makes me very happy.

Salt is inherently toxic, this is FACT,
it CANNOT BE DISPUTED.

It burns every moist part of your body
for obvious chemical reasons.
however, salt has benefits too, I never said it didn't. my argument is that salt is the worst possible source of minerals and I am 100% right

When you ingest salt, your body will indeed use it, this is beneficial, but it will literally attack everything on its way there.
I maintain that people are very emotional & defensive about salt because of their gut biome being modulated by it. certain bacteria survive salt, most don't. so if you eat salt every day, your entire gut biome is adapted towards surviving it.
I think it's quite revealing how I, the no-salt guy, am the only one talking about how there are alternative sources of minerals, and that a raw diet doesn't need salt to cope.. If you're going to argue that salt is good for you, you really need to compare to the alternatives.
When you don't compare salt to alternatives, you're not illuminating anything, you're just defending your current habits. That's fine, but it's not intellectual, it's an emotional outlet for your gut biome. Nothing wrong with that tho, that's like the noblest thing there is!
This isn't a subtweet of Sunny, I'm glad he picked up this discussion w/ me. I just want to state my points and address most of the counter-arguments I hear (some things still left unaddressed but I'll save that for next round)

I still cannot understand how fast the bar of tech skills dropped to the floor. "Knowing how to torrent" being a thing now apparently. mf I was downloading games from warez sites before puberty. i minimized all the porn popups because they meant nothing to me.
my dad saw it once and asked me wtf are you doing son. i explained to him that actual companies cannot advertise on warez sites, so it's only shadowy businesses like porn producers that are able to do it. you see dad, if you close the popups, two new will spawn.
Dad, the way to win is to minimize them and then ctrl+alt+del close internet explorer / netscape when you're done.

Some examples:

He strongly prefers to wear non-dirty clothes for longer than a single day. Skin biome? Orgone charged clothes? Regardless, his preference is lindy.
If we have lots of fruits at home, he'll take some bites from one, leave it at somewhere and take a new one shortly thereafter. This is symbiotic with the fruit tree, planting seeds everywhere. Also notable that kids LOVE to plant seeds.

Thread of my extremely safe predictions (all proven by history)..

Oil will never run out, it will be gradually rendered obsolete. Resources don't peak and become scarce, human ingenuity & price signalling solves this every time.

"peak" is a meme (unless you have socialism lol)
Silver will increase in price by incredible amounts. Could be 100x - 1000x. There's only ~11g silver per person on Earth, less than an old american silver half dollar for every person!!! we need it for a million different things, we CANNOT replace it, ever
you need silver for electronics. it is literally the best conductor of electricity out of any metal. you can't just replace that. it is also very potent for orgone attraction, which has likely fueled the view of silver as noble and precious.

This is true, but it's interesting that we say DAD bod. The dad being the male archetype of being dependable. and the more bodyfat you have, the more diluted the fat soluble toxins will be in your body. and the brain is a big ole ball of fat.
The opposite, the male archetype of being undependable is probably the sociopath. Patrick Bateman. how does he look? shredded af. not necessarily muscular but always always low body fat.
It's well documented that the optimal BMI for health increases by ~1 per decade of your life, this makes little sense to the mainstream understanding of health but it's quite easy when you consider toxin dilution..

Open Windows!!
Crystals
Rocks ("regular" rocks are great)
Grounding sheet
Grounding metal furniture
Wood furniture
External Mouse+Keyboard to Laptop
Orgonite on phone, router
Wall outlet timer that shuts off router, TV, computer, bluetooth speaker when u sleep
Magnetite bracelet
Shungite bracelet
Orgonite pendant
No electrical wiring under bed
Bed frames with aluminium spirals are bad, I think that's part of "sleep on floor" hype
Soft ambient 528 Hz (like my website) or nature sounds

Only incandescent light bulbs, LED and fluorescent are bad

Maybe a fifth of my home is covered in soil & plants. I think that's minimum. To sustain this you really need to have open windows.
