Ivanka Trump's vaccine pics are continuing to freak out QAnon. They're circulating posts from a fake Ivanka Trump profile (20k followers) on Telegram, which claims the vaccination wasn't real.
QAnon influencer GhostEzra goes further. He says "Ivanka got her shot" doesn't mean a vaccine. This is an old reference his followers understand: saying someone "got their shot" means they were a bad guy executed by the Trump team. Big claim to make about Ivanka.
Plenty of GhostEzra's subscribers understand his message, but they're also confused by it. Until now they've been told Ivanka is a good guy, on Trump's side. Why was she executed?
Lots of discomfort among the anons.
"How could Trump off his own daughter?"
"Maybe a traitor?"
Others have more basic objections:
"Her post aligns with Trumps recent statement about the 'wonderful vaccines' ...very confused"
"But why are the Trumps pushing the jab agenda?"
"Should we be considering that noone is coming to save us?"

This is irresponsible journalism. The vaccines make it much less likely to catch the virus, and much less likely to get symptomatic Covid. But they aren't magic. Some people will still get sick, and it's not news when they do. nypost.com/2021/04/11/nj-…
In this case, the sick person had the J&J shot on 6 March and had symptoms on 1 April. He would have contracted the virus even earlier. That's less than the 4 weeks for the vaccine to be considered 'fully effective' in its own terms.
Once a country has vaccinated millions of people, you see infections among the vaccinated. In Israel, 22% of the serious Covid-19 cases in hospital were vaccinated. But the other 78% come from the 15% of the adult population that's still unprotected.
A QAnon Telegram channel with 125k subscribers has turned into an Elon Musk Bitcoin scam. This channel used to be called Great Awakening, but now it's pushing out advance-free fraud stuff instead.
The same blockchain address was previously used by the fake General Hyten telegram account, which suggests that both were operated by the same person, who's just switched from QAnon stuff to Bitcoin scams.
The same scammer operates at least one more known channel which I noticed in February.
From UK Govt presentation on the AstraZeneca vaccine: when virus prevalence is low (lower than current UK numbers) the balance of risk under-30s between Covid and the vaccine is about even over a 16-week period. For 30+, the vaccine wins hands down.
For a moderate prevalence (60 cases per 100k, which some regions of the UK have), the benefit of the vaccine is clearer at all age groups. It's even starker at peak UK incidence in the previous wave.
England's deputy CMO, Jonathan Van Tam, stresses that these slides only look at a 16-week Covid wave — in reality, the vaccine is likely to continue to protect for months, shifting the balance back towards the vaccine.
Trump's new slogan "the best is yet to come" is a dog-whistle for parts of his hardcore base (including, but not just, QAnon) that still think the 2020 election will be overturned and he'll return in glory.
Trump's used "the best is yet to come" again in his statement yesterday. Over on TheDonald, a handful of people are excited and think it's a signal.
Others, though, have had enough. These are the people who believed Trump had won and would still be declared President in January. They trusted the plan that they assumed Trump had, and they're angry.
In the last few days there's been a rumour spreading in QAnon circles that Bill Gates bought Telegram for $600M. This rumour has spread before but it seems to have gained steam this time.
Most of the big QAnon influencers hang out on Telegram, so this rumour is a threat to them and they need to shut it down. Here's IET telling the 210k members of a QAnon Telegram channel that Bill Gates didn't buy Telegram. And their reaction?
A bunch of people respond "Of course Bill Gates didn't buy Telegram. Everyone knows Bill Gates is dead and was executed in India in 2013".
