Yes, this actually exactly what I’m saying. Lindsay’s attempt to predicate something of individuals by evaluating them via a system-level property is clueless. It’s like saying no basketball players have the property of being winning teams.

I didn’t communicate this point very well. I wasn’t saying Lindsay shouldn’t have denied that a systemic property is true of individuals. I was saying that he shouldn’t have denied, or affirmed, or used at all, a system level property to evaluate individuals.
