VERY IMPORTANT: RE: continuous recursive disambiguation (with continually additive information).
1 of 8. Given the evolution of wayfinding into reasoning, and into speech. Where the logic of that wayfinding, reasoning and speaking consists of continuous recursive disambiguation.
2/8. Recursion requires additive information. So in the liar's Paradox "[everything in this box is false]" is recursive w/o adding info - a violation of grammar: a self-contradiction. This is why set logic fails and operational logic succeeds. (and why sets are used to deceive).
3/8 This is the same reason non-contradiction fails in the logics, right through the analytic movement: words, phrases, statements, sentences don't mean things, people do:they can err in grammatical construction, presumption, description, and assertion, they can bias, or decieve.
4/8. So in law we are not 'fooled' by the greco, roman, germanic, anglo tradition that we're detecting truth and falsehood. Instead, in P-Method, P-Logic, and P-Law we're detecting ignorance, error, bias, wishful thinking, fictionalism, deceit ... and CRIME.
5/8. Where crime includes failure of due diligence.
And just as Philosophy takes away the pretense of irresponsibility from Theology - Testimony (Science of Law) takes away the pretense of irresponsibility from Philosophy.
6/8. And that pretense has provided an incentive to deceive for 1000s of years, from huckers, to sophists, to 'philosophers', to pseudoscientists to theologians, to criminals of every type.
7/8. So again, Babbage failed to systematize, We got Turing. Even Chomsky didn't understand his interpretation of Turing. Wo we have almost two centuries of failure, and the collapse of the philosophical program into regurgitation making no progress until now.
8/8. Closing: why this occurs to me now, is simply that I'm writing the methodology down in steps, and working through converting a sequence of claims, to proper grammar and the

1. Just finished a nice long visit from the FBI. Knew my history, material, events of the summer, circumstances. Very professional. Very competent. Very honest. Not really concerned about me, but about inspiring people who don't understand what I'm writing.

Some Thoughts: ...
2. Me: I know my job, and I stay within the law. The problem is there are no other conservative intellectuals, there is no leadership, and the people have rage and nowhere positive to direct their energies. No solutions. Conservatives all failed.
4. Me: My resolution on this problem is different from yours. You're trying to stop violence and crime of tens. I'm trying to stop a civil war of millions by providing a solution for everyone. The problem is, it's probably too late and we'll both fail."

MSNBC LYING BY FALSE EQUIVALENCY

Israel 10M Ppl - 1+ Countries (israel, west bank)
UK 60M Ppl - 3 Countries (eng, wales, scotland)
USA 330M Ppl - 50 Countries (50 states) 4 time zones.

Distributing live and cold vaccines is one of the largest logistics programs in USA history.
22 companies worked on treatments, 13 testing, 12 vaccines, 3 succeeded in producing theirs in just months, with combined capital of TRILLIONS of dollars and hundreds of thousands of people. With the gov't red tape slowing them.
Only so many vaccines can be produced per week, and 660M req'd. FedEx and UPS have heroically split the country and can serve every zip code in the USA. The FAA gave their flights priority.

Of course I wear a mask, wash my hands constantly and go out sparingly. I'm older, have chronic asthma, and take care of an elderly parent on constant oxygen. I'm in the target demographic and interact with medical and elder care staff. But I don't ask OTHER people to wear masks.
Like leash laws, masks punish the Fit, Healthy, Cautious, Active and CLEAN, when it's the unfit, unhealthy, incautious, lazy, and unclean who interact, contract, and transmit the disease - at do so largely at home. These people, medical, and elder are the at-risk demographic.
However, how do we isolate people by those behaviors? Well, age, occupation, class, and race is part of it because of race differences in demographic distribution (class) and resulting behavior. But there is no way to do that.

Preventing Civil War: The Demands
(1 of 6)

Such that we may have this debate and seek to come to a compromise rather than the bloodiest, longest, most brutal civil war in human history, where tens of millions will certainly die:
(2 of 6)

... a) All Political Speech and Political Affiliation is Protected Speech, and Political Affiliation Protected class.
(3 of 6)
... b) The criminalization of all attempts at suppression of testimonial, truthful, reciprocal, empirical speech, and licensing of extrajudicial punishment to cease them.

--"What do you think made gold become money?"- Jeffrey Swann @AgoristView

1) Metal Commodity Money (money proper): scarce, non-perishable, universal signal good(luxury), consistent weight and volume, unitizable, countable, trade-markable (warrantable), ...
2) ... re-trade-markable (melt, re-stamp), standard of weight and measure -THEREFORE STATES CAN PAY SOLDIERS.

And states can construct, defend, tax, and regulate MARKETS.

And POLITIES can increase economic velocity (reduce friction) by converting agricultural goods to money.
3) Gold was valuable but not 'money'. But did not require refinement. And too expensive for use as money. So it was just a commodity. Silver required refinement. The first money was electrum. But any metal will do.
