Before I start, I will say I am hoping for the best, even if it is a start of much stronger restrictions so we can beat COVID-19 here in Ontario. I fully support shutting down non-essential stores, even stores like cell phone kiosks don't need to be open.

I thought the announcement was at 2:30 initially, then got pushed back to 3:30 pm, and now 4:00 pm, yet we are now at 4:10 pm with it not starting yet.

It really looks like @fordnation is not happy with what he is saying, he almost looks like he has seen a ghost.

I had no idea that Ontario had the strictest measures in all of North America

I am not surprised they are extending the #stayathomeorder another 2 weeks but I am actually surprised it is only another 2 weeks I was expecting it to be longer

I was expecting it to be another 28 days immediately

Wow did I just hear that it is 36 THOUSAND people still come into Canada through Pearson airport? I hope that was a mistake in the script that Doug Ford is reading

I strongly agree with @fordnation that we need more vaccines in Ontario, I had no idea but if I had been looking I would have noticed when he said a few minutes earlier that 80% of all cases are in 20% of the province!

I remember freaking out when I was talking to my partner last year when we jumped from 100 to 150 cases daily and it kept rising, and then having a massive panic attack the day that we reached 1000 cases in a single day.

They are closing non-essential construction businesses, but I guess that means that businesses like a cell phone kiosk is still open, even if they have the restriction for "appointments only". You can buy sim cards or time at almost every corner store across the province

So why do they need to have a store like WOW Mobile or Best Buy Mobile to be open? I strongly disagree with how little they are increasing the restrictions

Police forces have the ability to question where a person is going and need to provide information to ensure we are trying to restrict the spread of COVID-19, but it doesn't appear that what they will be doing will really do anything.

I am not a fan of a increased police presence but hopefully that will decrease the the spread, but I have a feeling that it will increase the number of riots and protests that is going across the province.

The reporter from @CHCHNews asked some very important questions, I am happy that he did ask that question, and the reply from the Solicitor General Sylvia Jones is saying that she doesn't encourage people to snitch but I have a feeling a lot of people will

I hope that @CBCNews will be able to get a copy of that graph that @fordnation just shared on screen because that graph looks like such a big difference

Damn, the tweet earlier hearing the 36 thousand I was hoping that it was a mistake but Ford did repeat that number, I am scared that it was accurate now.

Wow did @fordnation just say that the tough measures if they had been activated weeks ago it wouldn't have basically jack shit? Sure some places have been in lockdown since before Christmas, but #COVIDiots are the biggest problem we have

The @TorontoStar reporter is asking why places like Amazon are still at full capacity, well I am sure that @amazonca is busier than ever, including the fact that I had to order my cat litter and cat food online because places like Dollarama is refusing to sell it in stores

If a place like Dollarama is saying that my cat's food and ability to use the washroom is not essential then maybe they shouldn't be allowed to be open at this time

Basically from the start of my live tweet session, it really seems even though I said @fordnation looked like he had seen a ghost, well I have played enough Phasmophobia recently to see ghosts in the games, and well I seem to take less risks in game than Ontario is doing IRL
