If anything can't help you in making happier, smarter, wealthier or healthier then that is a distraction.

Cut it off right now.

Reading things outside your scope gives you a whole new perspective and more knowledge.

It also:

- helps you in understanding others' point of view.
- makes you smarter as a person.
- helps in making better decisions.

So read as much as you can.
3) Challenge yourself.

Challenging yourself for doing new things opens up your mind and gives you a lot of new opportunities.

Remember that:

- your potential is unlimited.
- taking risk is very important.

So always push yourself.
4) Learn your psychology.

Analyze your own thoughts, and actions and track your progress.

Analyzing:

- increases your productivity.
- gives you a lot of new ideas.
- helps in knowing what you should be doing.
- leads to more growth.

Learn→Do→Analyze.

Listening is the most underrated yet the most important life skill.

Listening:

- helps you in knowing what others are thinking.
- feeds your brain with more information.
- gives you a different perspective.

So develop the habit of listening in yourself.
6) Have clarity.

Having clarity of what and how you want to achieve your goals is very essential.

How to have clarity?

- Identify what matters.
- Don't multitask.
- Eliminate distractions
- Write down your thoughts.
