Allow me to use a true story to show you how the PRC’s grid system, a textbook version of Orwellian system, works.
The CCP has turned the PRC into a giant grid and each citizen belongs to a grid cell under the care of a grid officer in addition to cops, etc. 1/9
I kept close contact with this person throughout the entire incident. Hope you can understand why I mask his identity and the event.
2/9
Not too long ago, he was at a spot of an event that is perfectly legal according to every law, but highly undesirable for the CCP and involving a person who has long been a thorn in their eye.
3/9
He was merely a spectator at the moment, but nonetheless, he was shoved into a police van together with event participants, and detained till late night leaving his young kid home alone in terror.
4/9
The detention was just the start of a long nightmare. Apparently, all these detained people are entered into a system (e.g., a blacklist) for close surveillance. First, the cops in charge of his grid cell started to visit him, and often at night.
5/9
After the initial police harassment, the grid officer took over. Grid officers are supposed to be something like social workers in the US, but they carry out policing and spying tasks. His grid officer harassed him at his home and workplace periodically for a while.
6/9
Even now, the grid officer visits him at sensitive times. It seems that once someone gets on a CCP’s blacklist, it will be very difficult to get off it.
I have to say both the cops and the grid officer are not rude though they are persistent.
7/9
They seem to do the job with minimal enthusiasm. One cop even implicitly provided him a hint on how to lessen his trouble with no cost, hence reducing their work.
The CCP did not invent the grid system from scratch.
8/9
It is apparently derived from the Baojia system started by the Song dynasty.
I view the current PRC as a giant farm with well-monitored barns and Mainlanders are the cattle under strict control. 9/9 en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baojia_sy…

The 120-page WHO’s report on corona origin is another propaganda coup for the CCP. It is essentially a report by CCP’s loyal scholars stamped by the WHO.
Actually, its data unintentionally support the plausibility of the lab leak hypothesis. 1/8 who.int/health-topics/…
The team consists of 17 Chinese and 10 international experts, 7 support staff.
For the 1st 2 weeks, “the international team members remained in quarantine and worked exclusively with Chinese experts through video/teleconference calls”.
2/8
For the second half, “Chinese public health regulations required that the international team remained under health monitoring. As a result, all site visits, meetings and interviews proposed by international experts were planned and agreed in advance.”

Happy Lunar New Year!
I refer to Xi Jinping as the middle school dropout (MSD) out of frustration over many people treating him as a strategic and logical thinker, hence overestimating the effectiveness of his policies. Please allow me to explain his limited IQ. 1/ 12
Let me acknowledge up front the MSD’s skills in the CCP’s internal fighting though the possibility of him ending up being persecuted as he has done many of his political enemies is distinct.

He did have normal education in privileged schools until 13 years old thanks to his father, a senior CCP official.

In light the CCP’s usual absurd allegation of a hostile force’s “black hand” behind the HK protests, let’s keep in mind that the CCP was completely created, funded and sustained by a hostile foreign force - the 3rd International (i.e. Comintern) headquartered in Moscow. 1/5
1.Comintern representative Grigori Voitinsky and his colleagues went to China in 1920 in the disguise of newspaper editors with the MISSION to found the CCP.
2.They financed Socialist Youth Corps first. 2/5
3.Voitinsky established close relationship with all the prominent communists in China – Li Dazhao, Chen Duxiu, and established Comintern China Branch. 3.1/5
