For nearly a year, I, and other patriotic Alabamians have called on Alabama A&M University and Troy University to close their Communist Chinese Party-controlled Confucius Institutes. brooks.house.gov/media-center/n…
Over the weekend, Alabama A&M’s board, displaying love of country and sound judgment, voted to close their Confucius Institute and end their relationship with the Communist Chinese Party. I applaud A&M’s decision and commend their university leaders for putting America First.
I urge Troy University to follow the lead of Alabama A&M and dozens of other patriotic universities that have closed their Confucius Institutes. The Communist Chinese Party bars America from sponsoring pro-freedom, pro-Democracy institutes on Chinese soil.
America must reciprocate by barring the Communist Chinese Party from operating espionage and propaganda units on American soil.

My bill, the Lawful Interstate Transportation of Firearms Act, would bar freedom-hating, anti-Second Amendment states and localities from prosecuting firearm-transporting travelers who engage in travel-related activities on the way to their destination.

The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed means that Americans don't relinquish their 2A Rights by simply traveling across city boundaries or state lines. All Americans have the Constitutional right to self-defense whether they are at home or traveling.
A disturbing trend has emerged wherein anti-2A states & localities increasingly seek to criminalize the possession of a firearm or ammo. This bill seeks to safeguard otherwise law-abiding gun owners traveling the country from overcriminalization by anti-2A states & localities.

The No Social Security for Illegal Aliens Act prohibits the distribution of Social Security benefits to illegal aliens who perform unauthorized work in the US.
The Arrest Statistics Reporting Act does 2 things: 1) it requires that arrest reports already sent to the FBI by state & local govs include immigration status of the arrestee & 2) it requires the federal gov to publish illegal alien crime data in the FBI’s annual crime reports.

Please, don’t be like #FakeNewsMedia, don’t rush to judgment on assault on Capitol. Wait for investigation. All may not be (and likely is not) what appears. Evidence growing that fascist ANTIFA orchestrated Capitol attack with clever mob control tactics.

Evidence follows:
1. A Congressman warned me on MONDAY of a growing ANTIFA threat & advised that I sleep in my office rather than leaving Capitol complex & sleeping in my condo. I heeded that advice & have slept on office floor for 4 straight nights.
2. Congressman told me he was warned on TUESDAY by Capitol Police officer that intelligence suggested fascist ANTIFA was going to try to infiltrate the Trump rally by dressing like Trump supporters.

3. Capitol Police advised TUESDAY that it best not to leave Capitol complex.

In 2005, a bipartisan Commission on Federal Election Reform co-chaired by Dem President Jimmy Carter and Reagan White House Chief of Staff James Baker issued a 105 page report specifically warning about the very same systemic flaws the Socialist Dems used steal 2020 elections.
The Commission recommended that, “all states should use their best efforts to obtain proof of citizenship before registering voters.” That means repealing the Socialist Democrat law that makes it illegal to require proof of citizenship to register to vote.
The Commission warned: “Vote by mail is … likely to increase the risks of fraud and of contested election,” adding it “remain(s) the largest source...."

18 House colleagues joined me in sending a letter to @senatemajldr, @SpeakerPelosi, and various House & Senate committee chairs seeking election fraud hearings ahead of the Jan 6th Electoral College vote submissions.
Under the Constitution and federal statutes, Congress is responsible for resolving all federal election contests for President, the Senate and the House. brooks.house.gov/media-center/n…
Our letter requests the recipients do their jobs & conduct voter fraud & election theft hearings & investigations so that Congressmen & Senators will be better informed when Congress faces questions about the legitimacy of various federal elections held on November 3, 2020.
