I just got chosen at random to receive a first jab of Pfizer since they had leftovers. Hella
I got ten minutes of warning and I'm sweaty and gross lmao
Can't help but notice every single person randomly chosen for this is a woman
I can't say how much of a relief this is, because my timeline was otherwise not until july or august optimistically at current rates (no matter what my government says) and I work around people

It's a grand fucking irony of our age that people think Bill Gates is trying to implant us all with microchips when the actual conspiracy he is behind and which is completely open and on record is preventing open source vaccines, preserving copyright and slowing vaccinations
This is like when people theorized that the buried research oil companies hid were water engines or some shit and when it turned out to be proof of climate change instead they just dropped that thread immediately
the conspiracy theorists found this and are talking about nanochips being used to track their movements, with their phones, and I'm all for this

Anyone else remember that one guy on RPGnet who would post about his game, designed to teach kids about politics, that had Palestinians as ogres and the IDF as paladins? I forget his name but I remember him vividly
What I especially remember is that he felt this was a nuanced take that accurately depicted both sides in this real world conflict and nothing could really convince him that that's not what he was making

When people treat employers as an immutable law of nature it pisses me off. Yes, that Karen got you fired. But who decided listening to a Karen was more important than keeping you on board. A human made that decision too. A human enabled that Karen. A third party is involved
It wasn't a battle of a Karen and a poor employee, it was collusion by the employer that gives a customer more rights than its own employees. The power imbalance exists because the employer allows it to exist. This is not a law of nature. This is a human decision
And it *pisses me off so badly* when employers are let off the hook for it.

Like, why the fuck are you protecting them. Why are you willingly taking part in that deception. Why are you siding implicitly with the employer. *Fucking why.*

Once again for the folks in the back;

LGBTQA+ labels are *guide*posts, not *fence*posts

They are *inclusive*, not *exclusive*

If you use them as exclusive labels you are betraying the core concept of why they exist and dividing L and G and B and T against each other.
And if you're dividing LGB against T, LGBT against Q, LGBTQ against A, or just going old school with L against G?

Guess whose tactics you're emulating. Guess what that makes you.
Who *cares* if bi-gay, bi-bi and bi-straight exist? It doesn't hurt anyone if you're not bi. Who would it *actually hurt* if kids called themselves Trans for a while and decided otherwise later? And what did an Ace ever do to you?

Pull up your pants and stop embarrassing us all.
