It was in India that Alexander met the only men on earth he couldn’t conquer.
The yogis. Greek historians traveling with the feisty commander brought back a record of what they encountered:
In the woods, lying on a bed of leaves, Greek soldiers stumbled across a Brahmin sage
named Dandamis.
Alexander was intensely curious about the fabled wisdom of the Holy men of India.
He sent Dandamis a message:
“Alexander, Son of God and Lord of the Earth, invites you into his presence. If you come, you will be richly rewarded. If you don’t you will die.”
Dandamis was not impressed. “There is only one King”, he answered,”The one who created light and life. He’s the only King I obey, and He abhors war.”
Dandamis continued:
How can this Alexander be the King of Earth as long as he remains subject to the King of Death ?
And what can he offer me when my mother the Earth already supplies and provides everything I need ?
I have no possessions I need to protect, so I sleep peacefully at night. Alexander may kill my body, but he can’t touch my soul.
Tell Your King that at the time of death each
one of us will be asked to account four our actions in this life.
Ask him how he’s going to explain the agony of all those he has so painfully murdered and oppressed.
Your King can tempt those who crave gold. He can terrify those who fear death.
But we Brahmins care for neither. Go tell Alexander he has nothing I want and that I cannot see him.
When Alexander’s men brought back the sages reply, and he herd Dandamis’s answer, he admitted that he, the conquer of the great world, had been
conquered by a naked old man.
Moral ;
Krishna teach us in Bhagavad gita:
Bg 2.16 — Those who are seers of the truth have concluded that of the nonexistent [the material body] there is no endurance and of the eternal [the soul] there is no change. This they have concluded by studying the nature of both.
Bg 2.17—That which pervades entire body you should know to be indestructible. No one is able to destroy that imperishable soul
Bg 2.18—The material body of the indestructible, immeasurable & eternal living entity is sure to come to an end;therefore, fight descendant of Bharata
Bg 2.19 — Neither he who thinks the living entity the slayer nor he who thinks it slain is in knowledge, for the self slays not nor is slain.
Bg 2.20 — For the soul there is neither birth nor death at any time. He has not come into being, does not come into being, and will not
come into being. He is unborn, eternal, ever-existing and primeval. He is not slain when the body is slain.
Bg 2.21 — O Pārtha, how can a person who knows that the soul is indestructible, eternal, unborn and immutable kill anyone or cause anyone to kill?
Bg 2.22 —As a person puts on new garments, giving up old ones, the soul similarly accepts new material bodies, giving up the old and useless ones
Bg 2.23 — The soul can never be cut to pieces by any weapon, nor burned by fire, nor moistened by water, nor withered by the wind.
Bg 2.24 — This individual soul is unbreakable and insoluble, and can be neither burned nor dried. He is everlasting, present everywhere, unchangeable, immovable and eternally the same.
Bg 2.25 — It is said that the soul is invisible, inconceivable and immutable.
Knowing this, you should not grieve for the body.

One Ekadasi day, Tuka was performing kirtans and Shivaji was listening to it with love.
In the meantime Muslim soldiers heard about the whereabouts of Shivaji and a big troop of 2000 soldiers came to arrest him.
They surrounded the house in which bhajans were performed and
dint let anyone go in or come out of the house.
Shivajis informers came and whispered about the situation to him.
Hearing this Shivaji was worried and one of his bodyguards asked Tukaram if they could leave now.
Tukaram then told him that no one should leave till the
kirtan is over.
Hearing this Shivaji sat down and continued to listen to the abhangs.
He thought to himself that none other than Vitthal can save him now and if he doesn’t, he would be fortunate to die on an ekadasi day listening to abhangs and in the company of sadhus and
Hanumanji always wanted to serve his Prabhu Lord Sri Rama.
One day when Sita Matha was entering into Rama’s room, Hanumanji also followed her.
Then Lord Rama said that he cannot enter into the room.
Hanumanji said that when Sita Matha can enter into the room,
why can’t he enter the room.
He is having such an innocent devotional service towards Lord Rama. Just to convince Hanumanji.
Rama said that Sita is having a sindhur on her forehead, so she can enter the room.
After hearing that, Hanumanji came out and thought for a while.
Then Hanumanji concluded that sindhur is the qualification required to enter into Lord Rama’s bedroom.
So he decided to ask more about this sindhur to Sita Matha. Next day when Sita was in the dressing table, she was trying to keep sindhur, there came Hanumanji.
All beings are the Children of the Prajaapathi, the Creator. The living beings can be categorized into three groups – the Devas, the Manushyaas and the Asuras.
The first group, the Devas are the Celestials who are the denizens of Paradise where they enjoy all sorts of pleasures.
The second group, the Manushyaas are the Human Beings who live in this Earth.
The third group, the Asuras are the demons who are extremely cruel. All three groups of beings studied at the feet of Prajaapathi.
After their studies under him all the three groups of children
approached Prajaapathi, one group at a time, and asked him for a final teaching.
When Devas approached Him and said ‘Please teach us Father’, He said to them the single syllable ‘Da’. Then He asked ‘Did you understand?’ They said ‘Yes. We have understood what you said.
Once upon a time, a robber lived in a forest. His name was Ratna. He used to rob people and also kill them. People were always afraid of him. No one dared to walk in that forest alone. One day Narada Muni was passing through the forest. Ratna came forward to attack him
People who used to see Ratna used to run for their lives. Narada Muni feared no person. He faced Ratna. Narada Muni asked him why he robbed and killed people. This is cruel deed. A person who kills others commits sin. He asked Ratna to stop his evil deeds. Ratna replied that if
he stopped his deeds, than how would he take care of his family. He had to support his old parents, his wife, and two children. How was he going to feed them? Nareada replied: “To look after your family you must work hard but no one in your family will pay for your bad deeds.

The Central Tibetan Schools Administration ( CTSA) under MHRD runs 67 schools for Tibetan school Children. These schools are teaching Tibetan history to the Children instead of India History and Culture. Are we falling into the sectarian Tibetan agenda
Instead of promorting Tibetan Buddhism, shouldn't India be promoting Himalayan Buddhism. Now Chinese are trying to get an upper hand by promoting Tibetan Buddhism, thereby China wants to influence the entire Himalayan range from Ladhak to Arunachal
Already they are trying to push
They want to include BOTI ( Tibetan language ) in Schedule VIII of the Indian Constitution. This is subtle insertion of Tibetan sectarian history, religion and culture in Govt of India Curriculum, this has already happened in Ladhak, now they want it in Arunachal
