Conditioning update taken last night after riding go-carts and eating BBQ.
I understand this isn’t attractive to most people, but that’s okay. I’ve taken charge of my health, stay extremely active and eat micronutrient-rich foods.
Since dropping from 228 to 220 this past week I feel light, healthy and my endurance in boxing has been superb.
When a lot of people lose weight, they get skinny and just look like a smaller version of themselves.
After 27 years of lifting, my genetics, my lifestyle and the doctor-prescribed anti-aging therapy I take, I manage to keep muscle while getting lean.
I am not contest prep dieting and eat what I feel like, although I usually feel like eating healthy food choices.
I don’t measure my food and don’t count calories, although I do strive to get over 1g or so of protein per pound of Bodyweight per day.
In fact, I have been working too much lately and my stress levels alone should be negatively effecting my gains.
I wouldn’t mind having a bit more fat but with my activity lev el, it would require force feeding and that is not enjoyable and unhealthy.
As for the HRT comments, yes I am on HRT, I feel amazing and I refuse to let age related hormonal decline negatively effect my life.
Before the “ewww” comments come, I see the same thing you see and I agree 😂

I have been SCREAMING this since March, and the MORONIC "experts" have been failing to recommend exercise and prophylactics like vitamin c, zinc, quercetin (or EGCG) and vitamin d and instead lock us down and close gyms!
I will state for the record, citing no other data but the fact that I have been right about Covid so far 100% of the time, that if we would have recommended prophylactics and exercise that our hospitalizations and deaths would have been less than 10% what they are.
Did you know I spent a year sleeping in my office 350 miles away from my family, only visiting on weekends?
Life is good. We are growing multiple companies in multiple industries and I live in my dream home with my wife and kids.
But to get here, I first started Scivation in 2004 and then sold it in 2011 - we then started MTS Nutrition with TigerFitness.com and grew into our current warehouse. To make sure I was involved in this critical time, I literally slept in my office.
I work just as much now, albeit remote most of the time. But before you think that starting a business is freedom, realize that 94% of all businesses fail and this lifestyle nearly destroyed my marriage and also cost me time with my children I will never gain back.
