someday ill do a thread of ultra specific russian verbs and adjectives for drinking like пропить (to sell something in order to buy alcohol) and недопить (to drink but not enough to satisfy one's thirst)

it turns out if you drunkenly slip the bartender $20 because you feel bad she has to deal with nonsense from people she just gives you? free drinks?
