Is a belief that biological sex is real, important, immutable and not to be conflated with gender
identity so beyond the pale that it is ‘not worthy of respect in a democratic society’?
Should anyone who holds such a belief be required in all circumstances to suppress its expression
for fear of causing offence and instead be ‘required’ to use the language of sex and gender in a way that is contrary to that belief, on pain of dismissal or discrimination at work ?

What I am seeing:

1) Nothing but good wishes in all my in boxes from well wishers all around the world

2) Mainstream media interest picking up (starting w @SkyNews @Telegraph )

3) More gender critical people putting their photo, name, identifying details in their twitter bio
4) Legal experts eg @k21fem ukhumanrightsblog.com/2020/02/27/the…
Robert Wintemute academic.oup.com/ilj/article-ab…, Lord Sumption
have weighed in

5) EHRC and Index on Censorship seeing the case as important enough to intervene, and both supporting the right to freedom of belief and speech
6) Recognition and interest in the case by mainstream #ukemplaw & legal commentators eg @JoshuaRozenberg @JasonBraier @DazNewman

So the Observer article that accuses JKR or misrepresenting my case and said "the devil is in the detail" has made a correction....
The original article said she repeated proclaimed on social media the "truths" that....
In this edited version they go with something else I said on social media, and note that I also wrote to my MP

Dear @KathViner - @guardian is welcome to write about my case, but please fact check it.

Being the child of a journalist is not the same as being a journalist.

And a journalist writing about their own child is still primarily a parent.

Where are your editorial standards?
Claim 1: She repeatedly proclaimed on social media that “transwomen are men”.

Not true.
Claim 2: She repeatedly proclaimed on social media that “it is not possible for someone who is male to become female”

Not true

I unintentionally misgendered this person on Twitter in June 19

They complained to Scouts who undertook an investigation of me leading to a process still ongoing

I submitted evidence which was not read by Scouts

Some of my evidence ended up in my employment tribunal judgment
The complaint was that I had
(1) deliberately misgendered Murray
(2) spread lies about them
(3) "Broken the Scout Law" in these two tweets

There was lots of other baseless accusation: calling me an anti trans bigot, unsafe for children, causing pile ons (please don't!) , making claims that Scouts was working w Transgender Trend, which GM called a "hate group".

GM gave no evidence for any of this
