#AZAudit The hearing is finally getting started after tech difficulties. Judge Martin is stating current status of the hearing, as far as I can tell is the same as previous Judge.

#AZAudit First, they're taking up the issue of Cyber Ninjas request to place their policy/procedure documents under seal.

#AZAudit Not sure I understood what the Judge just ruled but it sounds like the Cyber Ninja documents will not be sealed. I'll update later, if this is incorrect.

#AZAudit Superior Court Hearing now discussing SoS Hobbs motion to intervene. DNC has no objection, AZ Senate, Cyber Ninjas disagree saying Hobbs has been block quoted in the filings. Judge grants the motion to intervene for Hobbs😠

#AZAudit Debating exposure of materials again now, so I think I misunderstood the previous ruling regarding CN's materials under seal. Set an hour for oral argument on order to seal, 10:30 tomorrow morning.

#AZAudit Stacy Burks motion to intervene is next up. She's arguing that the auditors touching the ballots could taint evidence she's entitled to in a separate case pending before SCOTUS. Judge denys her motion.

Burks' case has to do with her claim of evidence of someone who allegedly brought ballots to the election tabulation center during the 2020 election🤔

#AZAudit DNC is seeking to extend previous TRO based on security issues. Blue pen issue is back, Senate argues that was never disclosed until the hearing and was remedied immediately, no ballots on the floor during that time.

#AZAudit Senate debating Dem's "follow the law"order as nebulous. Senate has always followed the law. CN's presenting information of the process showing the floor live. How it's structured, reviewing personnel.

#AZAudit CN's argues against extending the TRO so as not to interrupt the process. Now that the SOS is a party, according to AZ Law, no bond is required🤨 That explains the filing right there.

#AZAudit DNC arguing extensively on reasons to implement the TRO mostly on "security" failure grounds, claims about misleading statements by Senate/Auditors etc to DNC, press etc. They want names, background checks of all those working the floor😒

#AZAudit Senate argues back what's the injury, what voter has been injured? The ballots are all anonymous. DNC says their voters calling them complaining is enough to constitute harm.

#AZAudit Judge will consider, make decision tomorrow. Says he's not yet persuaded that there is injury to anyone yet. Encourages sides to think out of the box, find a way to deal with secure documents from CN. (Cyber Ninjas)
