India has helped the world and us during the COVID times by producing vaccines and medicines, and now we just need to give back to our friends: Walter J. Lindner, German Ambassador to India
We are ready to transport a large oxygen production plant to India. This will provide oxygen for quite a number of people. We are in close contact with MEA, Red Cross and others to see how to bring it here: Walter J. Lindner, German Ambassador to India

In this COVID19 wave, the peak occurred early, we did not get time to act to delay the peak. There are many reasons for this including the Assembly elections. We had anticipated a spike in daily cases and doubled our ICU beds, ventilators etc.: Kerala Health Minister KK Shailaja Image

Today, the US deployed first of several emergency COVID19 relief shipments to India. Arriving in New Delhi from Travis Air Force Base on the world’s largest military aircraft, the shipment includes 440 oxygen cylinders & regulators, generously donated by State of California:USAID
